Wishful Thinking

Don't you sometimes wish you could do so much more?

That is how I feel right now. I wish I could be somewhere else right now. I wish I have accomplished a lot more right now. I wish I could be of more help than just providing moral and spiritual support. I wish I could give more than just mere words of encouragement and comfort.

Oh! The futility of it all! I wish I can come up with a decent entry for this post.

  • Kri,
I call it regrets. Like, why didn't I have a better education so that I could be of better use to the community. Like, why can’t I make right decisions in life and get things smooth going. Well, I guess life is such; full of regrets.

  • As you are now above 50,I think it is more likely called 'the second childhood'.

  • Kri,
The Power of Positive Thinking - Norman Vincent Peale
    The Magic of Thinking Big
Think And Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill

These are books that 'changed' my life. 'Thinking' - what is it? What do we really, really, really, ...., really want? By the way start now 'thinking' of what you really want. Anything that makes you get into 'action'. You can always 'upgrade' what you want. Example if you want to run or jog @ 8km/hr at least 30 to 40 mis a day, start doing it @ sy 3.5km/hr. If you want to have RM100K, start saving/working for RM2K first etc etc. Once you experienced 'success' you'll want more. Do I make sense to you?

  • Whoa, hold your horses everyone! I'm not in any way going down the drain. No regrets about the things I didn't do. Nor I am regressing into a second childhood. And I have heard about those thinking bestsellers, too, thank you.

I'm ok. I was just missing :)someone, that's all. And I still am, ha ha!

  • it is simple Einstein theory of relativity. You are getting slower and therefore the world is getting faster. Ver soon the gap will widen and you will be left far behind and the world cannot wait for you anymore. By that time we will be transfered into another time domain and be recorded as a just a point in time.
